This website was created to provide information about Dr. Livstone and this practice to potential new patients and to our existing patients. It was also created to provide new patient registration forms and Privacy Act documents which can be viewed and downloaded. We do this to provide you a convenient method of obtaining these documents in a more timely fashion than we can achieve by U.S. mail. As the website develops, we will also provide useful links to other helpful sites for generic information about gastrointestinal disorders and their management. We plan to have a section for this practice's current patients where the patient can be directed to review and download useful instruction sheets, diet sheets, information sheets about procedures, and other helpful fact sheets (which we also dispense at the office).

WE DID NOT DESIGN THIS WEBSITE TO PRACTICE MEDICINE WITHOUT SEEING THE PATIENT. WE DELIBERATELY CHOSE NOT TO INCLUDE INCOMING E-MAIL AS A FEATURE OF THIS WEBSITE BECAUSE OF PRIVACY AND PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY CONCERNS.
